Product warranty

Kushavaran Company guarantees its manufactured shock absorbers against oil leakage for 5 months from the date of production or 4 months from the date of sale.

The following items will not be included in the Koushavaran Company warranty.

1 – Any holes or dents on the shock absorber body
2 – Any scratches or dents caused by the pressure of a wrench or any other tool on the piston rod
3 – Failure to assemble the vehicle properly
4 – No upper cover or any sign of opening the shock absorber
5 – Any scratches or dents on the felt bowl or upper cover of the shock absorber
6 – Any bending in the piston rod caused by impact or lateral pressure during assembly.
7 – Shock absorbers used in racing and shock absorbers in accident vehicles
